Sundance Film Festival

This poster features the beautiful downtown main street glowing during the snowy Sundance Film Festival. It is an annual independent film festival held in Park City, Utah. Founded in 1978 by Robert Redford this festival showcases new work from American and international independent filmmakers. It includes screenings of feature films, short films, and documentaries, as well as panel discussions, workshops, and other special events. The Sundance Film Festival is typically held in January and is attended by filmmakers, industry professionals, and film fans from around the world.

It is one of the largest and most prestigious film festivals in the United States and has launched the careers of many notable filmmakers. Their deep passion and commitment to help educate and provide resources to artists is why I felt this organization should be part of my giveback series. This piece helps create awareness through art to raise funds for local nonprofit organizations in Utah. A portion of my sales from this art print are donated to this nonprofit.
